My DD has been doing really green poo with clea...

My DD has been doing really green poo with clear stuff in it and bitsy stuff TMI but almost looks like pesto. She has also been pooing heaps. The only thing that I can think of that I have changed is my moisturising serum. She is also not sleeping very well but is generally happy and bright. Any thoughts????
